He is an avid moviegoer and enjoys exploring the outdoors in his free time. His recent work includes James Sweeney’s film\, Twinless\, which won both the Audience Award and a Special Jury Prize at Sundance in 2025. He has also been nominated for three ACE Eddies\, and he won an Emmy for his work on Season 2 of HBO’s Euphoria. \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \nEditor Aaron I. Butler\, ACE\nAaron I. Butler ACE is a five-time Emmy-nominated\, two-time Emmy-winning\, and three-time ACE Eddie-nominated editor. He is best known for editing the second season of the hit HBO series Euphoria\, which earned him a Primetime Emmy and an ACE Eddie nomination. Other projects he has edited include the TIFF film J.T. LeRoy starring Kristen Stewart and Laura Dern\, and the HBO Sundance film Cries From Syria\, for which he was nominated for two Emmys and an ACE Eddie Award. \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \nEditor Aleshka Ferrero\nAleshka Ferrero is a Puerto Rican editor based in Los Angeles. She recently wrapped on the anticipated 3rd season of the award-winning HBO Series Euphoria\, created by Sam Levinson\, with whom she also previously collaborated on HBO’s The Idol. Other recent TV work includes Hulu’s Good American Family starring Ellen Pompeo and Mark Duplass; the critically acclaimed Amazon Series A League of Their Own\, co-created by Will Graham and Abbi Jacobson\, who also stars; as well as the Emmy-winning Apple TV+ Series The Morning Show starring Jennifer Aniston\, Reese Witherspoon & Steve Carell. \nIn 2021\, Ferrero edited the film Language Lessons\, SXSW 2021’s Audience Award winner and official Berlinale selection starring Mark Duplass & Natalie Morales and directed by Morales. Other notable film credits include Innocent Voices (2004 Crystal Bear Winner – Berlin Film Festival\, Mexico’s Academy Awards selection for Best Foreign Film\, Best Editing Nominee – Ariel Awards); Under The Same Moon (2008 Sundance & TIFF Film Festivals); Tear This Heart Out (2009 Academy Awards Best Foreign Film Nominations short list); and You’re Killing Me Susana (2016) starring Gael García Bernal. \nAleshka participated in Film Independent’s Project Involve Fellowship (2016) and the ACE Diversity Mentorship Program (2017). She has twice been invited to edit at the Sundance Institute Director’s Lab (2018 & 2022). \n  \nEditor Julio C. Perez IV\, ACE\nJulio C. Perez IV\, ACE\, lives and works in Los Angeles\, editing narrative and documentary features and television. Perez produced and served as the supervising editor on Season 3 of the acclaimed HBO series Euphoria\, continuing his long-running collaboration with writer/director Sam Levinson. His work on Euphoria has earned critical acclaim\, including an Emmy Award for the Season 2 episode “The Theater and Its Double\,” and ACE Eddie Award nominations for the pilot and the bridge episodes “Trouble Don’t Last Always” and “Fuck Anyone Who’s Not a Sea Blob.” \nPerez’s collaboration with Levinson began with a recut of Assassination Nation (2018 Sundance Film Festival)\, which sold to Neon & AGBO for the biggest deal of the festival\, and continued with the pandemic-shot Netflix film Malcolm & Marie\, starring Zendaya and John David Washington. \nPerez edited the Hulu series Chad Powers\, created by and starring Glen Powell. He also edited Under the Silver Lake with writer/director David Robert Mitchell\, which premiered in competition at Cannes in 2018. The film stars Andrew Garfield and Riley Keough. This was Julio’s third film with writer/director David Robert Mitchell – the others being the critically acclaimed and award-winning It Follows\, for which Julio was nominated for an Independent Spirit Award for Best Editing\, and The Myth of the American Sleepover (SXSW\, Cannes International Critics Week). \nSome of his other credits include This is Martin Bonner (Best of Next Audience Award Winner\, Sundance Film Festival; John Cassavetes Award Winner\, Independent Spirit Awards)\, His House (NHK Award Winner\, Sundance Film Festival)\, Mistaken for Strangers (additional editing; Official Selection\, Tribeca Film Festival)\, Dior and I (Official Selection\, Tribeca Film Festival)\, and BJ Perlmutt’s documentary\, Havana Motor Club. \nWhen not clicking away in a dim cave for a dollar\, Julio loves to watch old movies and wander around forests\, deserts\, and cities. \n  \nJosh Apter\n has worked in all areas of filmmaking\, from location sound recordist on numerous feature films\, to videographer for Steven Spielberg’s Shoah Foundation\, where he recorded the testimonies of over 150 Holocaust survivors. As a film editor\, Josh has worked on over ten feature films\, including “The Holy Land” (winner Slamdance FF/Cavu Pictures Distributor)\, “Kaaterskill Falls\,” and “Barbecue is a Noun” (Audience Award for Best Documentary at the Rome International Film Festival and the River Run Film Festival). \nFrom his love of post-production\, Josh founded Manhattan Edit Workshop in 2002. He is a multi-award-winning DP who brings a versatility to the table that’s hard to match. Jonathon’s TV credits include Season 1 of the EOne/POP series “Let’s Get Physical” and Season 1 and 2 of the Warner Horizon/TBS series “People of Earth”\, which garnered him a Canadian Society of Cinematographers nomination for Best Cinematography in the TV series category. \nHe has shot everything from an innovative Iraq war story (“Redacted” with Director Brian De Palma)\, to dark romantic comedies (“Lovesick”\, starring Jay Baruchel and Jessica Paré)\, to award-winning documentaries (Alan Zweig’s “Hurt”\, for which Jonathon was the primary DP). \n  \nEditor David Kaldor\nRaised in rural Vermont\, David Kaldor began his film and television career as an unpaid intern on David Mamet’s “The Winslow Boy” in Cambridge\, Massachusetts. Learning on film\, he sorted trim bins\, cleaned the work picture\, and the Steenbeck each morning. He went back to work on “State and Main” while attending Emerson College before moving to NYC to work on “Heist” and the Academy Award-winning “Frida.” \nHe has lived in Los Angeles since 2002\, working primarily in television with writer/producers David Mamet\, Shawn Ryan\, Ted Griffin\, Aaron Korsh\, and Eric Kripke. \n  \nCinematographer Dylan Macleod\, CSC\nDylan Macleod is a Canadian cinematographer. He won a Gemini Award for Best Photography in a Variety or Performing Arts Program or Series at the 25th Gemini Awards in 2010 for the television film “Nureyev\,” a Canadian Screen Award for Best Photography in a Variety or Performing Arts or Sketch Comedy Program at the 1st Canadian Screen Awards for “Love Lies Bleeding\,” and the Borsos Competition award for best cinematography in a Canadian film at the 2015 Whistler Film Festival\, for his work on Ingrid Veninger’s 2015 film “He Hated Pigeons.” He has worked on nine total episodes for Amazon Prime Video’s hit series\, “The Boys.” \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \nChad Anderson\nChad Anderson is a college professor\, animation geek\, poet\, video editor & skateboarder from the Jersey Shore. He has worked on a range of editing and visual FX projects for corporate\, educational\, broadcast\, non-profit\, and military organizations all over the country (and once in Korea). Previous clients have included E! Entertainment\, “The Charlie Rose Show\,” the WB\, The Count Basie Theatre\, and a film that went straight to video with John Stamos in it. He holds a Master’s in Education from NJCU and has been teaching for over 18 years.
