PANELISTS:

Jonathon Cliff – or Jonny, as he’s affectionately known – came to cinematography from a background in high-profile stills photography. He is a multi-award-winning DP who brings a versatility to the table that’s hard to match. Jonathon’s TV credits include Season 1 of the EOne/POP series “Let’s Get Physical” and Season 1 and 2 of the Warner Horizon/TBS series “People of Earth”, which garnered him a Canadian Society of Cinematographers nomination for Best Cinematography in the TV series category.
He has shot everything from an innovative Iraq war story (“Redacted” with Director Brian De Palma), to dark romantic comedies (“Lovesick”, starring Jay Baruchel and Jessica Paré), to award-winning documentaries (Alan Zweig’s “Hurt”, for which Jonathon was the primary DP).

Raised in rural Vermont, David Kaldor began his film and television career as an unpaid intern on David Mamet’s “The Winslow Boy” in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Learning on film, he sorted trim bins, cleaned the work picture, and the Steenbeck each morning. He went back to work on “State and Main” while attending Emerson College before moving to NYC to work on “Heist” and the Academy Award-winning “Frida.”
He has lived in Los Angeles since 2002, working primarily in television with writer/producers David Mamet, Shawn Ryan, Ted Griffin, Aaron Korsh, and Eric Kripke.

Dylan Macleod is a Canadian cinematographer. He won a Gemini Award for Best Photography in a Variety or Performing Arts Program or Series at the 25th Gemini Awards in 2010 for the television film “Nureyev,” a Canadian Screen Award for Best Photography in a Variety or Performing Arts or Sketch Comedy Program at the 1st Canadian Screen Awards for “Love Lies Bleeding,” and the Borsos Competition award for best cinematography in a Canadian film at the 2015 Whistler Film Festival, for his work on Ingrid Veninger’s 2015 film “He Hated Pigeons.” He has worked on nine total episodes for Amazon Prime Video’s hit series, “The Boys.”

Chad Anderson is a college professor, animation geek, poet, video editor & skateboarder from the Jersey Shore. He has worked on a range of editing and visual FX projects for corporate, educational, broadcast, non-profit, and military organizations all over the country (and once in Korea). Previous clients have included E! Entertainment, “The Charlie Rose Show,” the WB, The Count Basie Theatre, and a film that went straight to video with John Stamos in it. He holds a Master’s in Education from NJCU and has been teaching for over 18 years.
