Jill Bogdanowicz joined Company 3 in 2014, and since then has brought her unique talents to features including "Thor: Love and Thunder," "John Wick: Chapters 3 and 4," and "Joker." Episodic work includes "Ahsoka," "The Fall of the House of Usher," "Black Adam," and "The Umbrella Academy." She won the HPA (Hollywood Professional Association) Awards for Outstanding Color Grading for her remarkable work on the blockbuster feature film Joker and in the Commercial category for Toyota’s “Jessica Long Story: Upstream.”

Previously, Bogdanowicz spent two years at Modern VideoFilm, where she colored an impressive list of films, including the lush, beautiful "The Grand Budapest Hotel" for director Wes Anderson and cinematographer Robert Yeoman, ASC, and before that, eight years at Technicolor on a large slate of productions. Bogdanowicz majored in Art and minored in Physics at the State University of New York, Geneseo. She is also an avid painter of large-format (five- and six-foot-tall) oils and watercolors, which she has exhibited at several high-profile galleries.

Mitch Paulson joined Company 3 in 2005 following a three-year stint working on trailers, first as a compositor and then as a colorist. His impressive list of feature credits includes "Blade Runner 2049," "Skyfall," "Sicario," "Rogue One," "Jungle Cruise," which he received a HPA Award for, and "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem." Recent episodic TV work includes highly acclaimed "1883," "1923," "Mayor of Kingstown," and "Special Ops: Lioness," all for Taylor Sheridan.

Bob Caniglia began working in the film and television industry in 1985 as a part-time camera operator and editor on industrial videos. Bob finished school at night while working full time as a commercial producer/director at a local CBS affiliate. Eventually, Bob found himself in L.A. as an editor for The Disney Channel and 525 Post Production, later working on music videos for Prince, Madonna and Michael Jackson. Bob also helped Gore Verbinski with his director demo reel, telling him that he would be a feature film director someday.

Leveraging his real-world industry experience, Bob made the transition to working with a variety of production and post production manufacturers, including Panasonic, Quantel, Snell, DaVinci Systems and Blackmagic Design, where he currently holds the position of Director of Sales Operations.

​

Ever the creative type, Bob is a professional comedian performing around the world under the stage name Bobby Zee. He also has a love for karaoke that just won't quit.
